A big thanks to my sister, Anna, for this recipe. I have been trying to look for this recipe for a very long time and now, I got it! This 3-ingredient Orange Chicken recipe has a very special place in my heart. My aunt used to cook this for us when we were little. This was my favourite growing up and to this day! In just about 15 minutes, yes, 15 minutes, you will surely have the best dish to serve today! I have listed all the things you will be needing so you just have to follow them for they will guide you to perfection! Oh, man, I am so excited for you! Ingredients:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c BBQ Sauce (we used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
5 c chicken nuggets, precooked
2 tsp sesame oil, optional
1 c sweet orange marmalade
Directions:
1. Refer to the directions provided on the package of the chicken nuggets on how to cook them.
2. In a heat-proof bowl, add the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir until well blended.
3. Cover the bowl with a damp towel, then place it inside the microwave and heat for about 45 seconds.
4. Remove from the microwave, then add the cooked chicken nuggets into the bowl. Toss until well coated by the delicious sauce.
5. Serve and enjoy!
