I love serving these Buffalo Chicken Taquitos all the time! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! By the way, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot with this very simple recipe. You can also use a different kind of cheese. 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c cooked shredded or grilled chicken
2 tbsp buffalo sauce for dipping
low carb ranch dressing (optional)
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with silicone mat a baking sheet.
Step 3: Arrange the slices of cheese onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 7 minutes or until the cheese slices turn brown.
Step 5: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool for about 2 minutes.
Step 6: Fill each baked cheese slice with chicken. Roll it and seal. Repeat the process to the rest of the ingredients.
Step 7: Serve hot with the delicious buffalo sauce. Enjoy!
