Ingredients:
2/3 c fresh blueberries
1 (8 ounces) tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
3 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F
2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
3. Slice the canned rolls and divide them into eight triangles.
4. Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface, then put the dough on it.
5. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream mixture on the bottom part.
6. Add two rows of blueberries over the cream cheese.
7. Roll each dough until the end of the triangle.
8. Lay the rolls on a baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer.
9. Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 13 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
11. Serve warm and enjoy!
