In less than an hour, you can have the best dish to serve for tonight’s dinner! This Air Fryer Cajun Shrimp is what I like to call perfection! Shrimp, veggies, sausage, and many more in one serving, it doesn’t get any better than that! Just by looking at this dish, you will have a concrete idea of how it would taste! I like to serve this with broccoli florets, eggplant, and rice. Try it and thank me later! I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t give this recipe try. Aside from it being very easy to prepare, it is also insanely delicious! A must-try indeed. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium yellow squash, 8 oz, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick half-moons
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin 1-inch pieces
1 medium zucchini, 8 oz., sliced into 1/4-inch-thick half-moons
6 oz. fully cooked Turkey/Chicken, Andouille sausage or kielbasa, sliced
1 tbsp Cajun or Creole seasoning
24 (1 lb.) cleaned and peeled, extra-jumbo shrimp
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
1. Prepare the Air Fryer and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning into a mixing bowl, then toss until the shrimps are well coated.
3. Add the bell peppers, sausage, squash, salt, oil, and zucchini into the bowl with the shrimp. Toss until well combined.
4. Add the veggies and shrimp into the basket of the air fryer, then cook for about 8 minutes or until done. Make sure to shake the basket about 2 or 3 times during the cooking time.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Make sure to defrost the shrimp before cooking.
