The rich apple flavour of this bread is just too perfect! Feel free to tweak the recipe a bit if you want. Enjoy!
2 c white sugar
½ c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c apples, peeled and diced
2 c all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon, or more to taste
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a loaf pan.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, apples, and vegetable oil. Beat until well mixed.
Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add the baking powder, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Transfer the flour mixture into the apple mixture and stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Transfer the batter into the greased pan.
Step 7: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and cover the pan with foil.
Step 9: Put it back inside the oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
