I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to add more ingredients by the way if you wish. 1 cup of vegetable oil
1-3/4 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large apples, chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the eggs, oil, and sugar. Beat until well mixed and sugar is dissolved completely.
Step 2: In another mixing bowl, sift the cinnamon, flour, salt, and soda.
Step 3: Transfer the flour mixture into the sugar mixture. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the apples, nuts, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour on a 9×13-inch cake pan.
Step 6: Transfer the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Step 7: Place the pan inside the oven and bake at 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
Step 8: Remove the Apple Cake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
