Ingredients:
2-3 English Cucumber sliced
1 Red onion sliced
Green Onion chopped
2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
For Asian Salad Dressing
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
½ tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Add more ingredients if needed.
2. In another large mixing bowl, add the onion, cucumber, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
3. Pour the dressing on top and toss everything until the veggies are well coated.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note:
You can put it inside the fridge first to chill for a few minutes before serving.
