This incredible salad recipe was given to me by my dear friend. If you are a huge fan of avocado and tomato, then you will surely love this salad! With these 4 basic ingredients, that I already know you have, you can enjoy the best salad ever! It’s up to you if you want to add more ingredients. Feel free to tweak the recipe to your liking. 1 Large Cucumber halved lengthways and sliced
4 Vine-ripened tomatoes cut into wedges
½ Red onion sliced thinly
1-2 large Avocados diced
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed if possible
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons Dried oregano
1/4 c Extra-virgin olive oil
Step 1: In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Stir until well combined.
Step 2: In another mixing bowl, add the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and tomatoes. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Pour the dressing into the mixed veggies and toss until well combined.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
