Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 4 medium-size breasts
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder or paprika
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Use a meat mallet to gently pound the chicken breasts into equal sizes.
Step 3: Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish.
Step 4: Arrange the chicken breasts side by side into the prepared baking dish
Step 5: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Step 6: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the mixed seasonings.
Step 7: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and cover it immediately with aluminium foil and allow it to sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 9: Slice into small cuts.
