If you are in search of a new and easy recipe to cook for lunch or dinner, then I have something for you to try! This Baked Chicken recipe is probably the easiest you will ever try! I’m telling you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. By the way, be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 4 medium-size breasts
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder or paprika
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 230 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Gently pound the chicken breasts until they become even in terms of thickness.
Step 3: Apply olive oil in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
Step 4: Coat each chicken breast with a little olive oil, then arrange them onto the prepared baking dish.
Step 5: Add the onion powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Step 6: Season the chicken breasts with the mixture and make sure to rub them until well coated.
Step 7: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Step 8: Remove the chicken from the oven and cover the baking dish with aluminium foil. Let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 9: Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
