This chicken recipe is perfect! Oh, man, I highly recommend you give this one a try! This will be the best dish to go with pasta or rice! When serving, don’t forget to spoon the delicious sauce on top! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I have listed all the things you need to do so you just need to follow them step by step and you are good to go!
1/2 c hot/chilli sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot or Sriracha)
1/2 c brown sugar or honey
1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free for gluten-free)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 tbsp oil
1 lb boneless and skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Place a small saucepan on the stove, then add the soy sauce, sugar, hot sauce, garlic, chilli red pepper flakes, and vinegar. Turn the heat to medium and allow the mixture to become hot. Make sure to stir until well mixed.
Step 2: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 3: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper the chicken.
Step 5: Add the seasoned chicken into the hot skillet and sear each side for 5 minutes or until brown.
Step 6: Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer it inside the oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 7: Serve hot with the rest of the sauce. Enjoy!
