8 chicken drumsticks
1/4 c olive oil
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
pinch red pepper flakes, optional
1 tsp oregano, dried
2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper.
Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic, olive oil, pinch of red pepper flakes, paprika, and dried oregano. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4: Season the drumsticks with the mixture and arrange them in a 9×13-inch roasting pan.
Step 5: Spread the rest of the marinade over the chicken.
Step 6: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Step 7: Remove from the oven.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
This dish is best served with veggies and roasted potatoes!
