In less than an hour, you will surely have the best lunch or dinner ever! These Baked Herb and Garlic Chicken Drumsticks are superb in flavour! Every bite is just pure joy. Serve these over rice or mashed potatoes, and you have yourself a meal to remember! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
10 medium chicken drumsticks
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground basil
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a baking sheet.
3. Arrange the chicken drumsticks onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a small space between each drumstick.
4. Drizzle the rest of the olive oil on top of the chicken drumsticks. Rub until well coated.
5. Add the sage, basil, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
6. Rub the mixture all over the drumsticks. Make sure to coat each well.
7. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
8. Flip the chicken drumsticks and cook the other sides for another 20 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
10. Serve and enjoy!
