¼ c all-purpose flour
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 Egg, beaten
2 tbsp milk
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ c butter, melted
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a baking dish.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add milk and egg. Beat until well combined.
Step 5: Dip each chicken into the egg, then into the flour mixture.
Step 6: Arrange the coated chicken pieces into the prepared baking dish.
Step 7: Add the melted butter and spread it over the chicken pieces.
Step 8: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until done.
Step 9: Remove from the oven allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes.
Step 10: Serve warm and enjoy!
