Ingredients:
4 Skinless Salmon Fillets about 6 oz each
1 Green Onion sliced
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Teriyaki Sauce:
⅓ c Low-sodium soy sauce
¼ c Fresh orange juice
2-3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Honey
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or to taste
½ Lemon juiced
½ tablespoon Gluten-free flour
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Add all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce into a small mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Apply cooking spray in a baking dish.
Arrange the salmon fillets into the prepared baking dish.
Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and spoon the delicious sauce over.
Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top.
Serve hot and enjoy!
