Ingredients:
1 Green Onion sliced
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
4 Skinless Salmon Fillets about 6 oz each
Teriyaki Sauce:
¼ c Fresh orange juice
2-3 tablespoons Water
½ tablespoon Gluten-free flour
2 tablespoons Honey
⅓ c Low-sodium soy sauce
½ Lemon juiced
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Add all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
3. Apply cooking spray in a baking dish.
4. Arrange the salmon fillets into the prepared baking dish.
5. Pour the teriyaki sauce on top of the salmon fillets and spread it evenly.
6. Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the salmon fillets for about 15 minutes or until done.
7. Remove the salmon fillets from the oven, then spoon the teriyaki sauce over.
8. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top.
9. Serve and enjoy!
