Simple, very easy, and luscious meatballs that you will surely love! This is recipe is a must-try, I’m telling you! I can’t count how many times I have cooked these bad boys! Oh, man, the awesome combination of the meat and onions in every bite is just too perfect! By the way, feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. 2 large onions
400g beef mince
1 clove garlic, minced
Few sprigs of parsley leaves, chopped
16 rashers streaky bacon
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Remove the skin of the onions and remove the bottom and top parts.
Step 3: Chop the rest of the onions finely, then put them into a large mixing bowl.
Step 4: Add the egg, minced garlic, seasonings, and parsley. Use your clean hands to mix until well combined.
Step 5: Form 4 balls out of the mixture.
Step 6: Cover each ball with the onions, then wrap each with bacon. Use sticks to seal each meatball.
Step 7: Line with foil a baking tray.
Step 8: Arrange the meatballs onto the prepared baking tray.
Step 9: Place them inside the preheated oven and cook for about 40 minutes.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and brush each meatball with the barbecue sauce.
Step 11: Put it back inside the oven and bake for 5 more minutes or until done.
Step 12: Remove from the oven and discard the sticks.
Step 13: Serve hot and enjoy!
