Oh, my! This Baked Pork Tenderloin is amazing! Take note that you can use beef for this recipe. I prefer to use pork this time because it was the only thing available in my fridge. Anyway, every bite of this will surely satisfy your cravings for a meaty and juicy meal. Enjoy!
1 or 2 1/2-lb pork tenderloins (see note)
1 tbsp oil

2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional but highly recommended)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Step 1: Prepare the oven 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a large baking dish.
Step 3: Use a fork to poke holes around the tenderloins.
Step 4: Generously grease the tenderloins.
Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, add the Italian seasoning, chilli powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 6: Generously season the tenderloins with the mixture.
Step 7: Arrange the tenderloins onto the prepared baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice on top.
Step 8: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and don’t forget to spoon the delicious juice on top of the tenderloins.
Step 10: Let them sit at room temperature to cool for about 10 minutes.
Step 11: Cut the tenderloins into bite-sizes.
