When I was a kid, I used to eat this Corn on the cob. It was my favourite food then, and it is still my favourite food now! My mom is the best cook I have ever seen. She taught me everything I know in the kitchen including this. I am so grateful to my mom for everything. Now, I get to share with you this very simple recipe that I am certain you can do. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them for they will guide you to perfection! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! I am so excited right now because I want everyone to experience what I experience every time I eat this spectacular corn dish! 6-8 ears of corn, husks, and silks removed and cut in half (if desired)
1 c milk
1 stick Challenge butter
1. Place a large pot with enough water to submerge the corn on the stove. Turn the heat to high and allow the water to boil.
2. Add milk and butter and stir until just mixed.
3. Add the corn, then turn the heat down to low.
4. Simmer the corn for about 8 minutes.
5. Remove from the heat.
6. Ladle into servings bowls.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
