Oh, my! This amazing recipe is just too perfect not to share with you, friends! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. Serve these sandwiches for breakfast or pretty much any time of the day! Enjoy!
2 tbsp butter
8 slices rye bread
8 slices deli-sliced corned beef
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 c sauerkraut, drained
½ c Thousand Island dressing
Step 1: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Brush one side of each bread slice with butter, then top each with Thousand Island dressing.
Step 3: Top each of the 4 slices with Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup of sauerkraut, corned beef, and another layer of Swiss cheese. Place the other 4 slices over each to make 4 sandwiches.
Step 4: Place the sandwiches into the preheated skillet and grill until all sides are golden brown. This should take about 5 minutes on each side.
Step 5: Place them onto a clean serving plate.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
