BONELESS PORK CHOPS RECIPE

I will never get tired of recommending this recipe to my friends! It is just too perfect to keep to myself! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Have a wonderful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

15 ounces (430 g) centre-cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
salt
ground black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped Italian parsley, for garnishing

HONEY SAUCE:

2 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp warm water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 dashes of cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. Season with salt and pepper the pork chops.

2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the Honey Garlic Sauce. Stir until well mixed.

3. Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.

4. Add vegetable oil and butter, then allow them to become hot and melt.

5. Add the pork chops and sear each side for about 4 minutes or until they turn brown.

6. push the pork chops to the side, then add the rest of the butter and allow it to melt.

7. Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.

8. Add the sauce and stir until well mixed. Cook for a few minutes until the texture becomes thick.

9. Spoon the sauce on top of the pork chops, then remove the skillet from the heat.

10. Sprinkle parsley on top.

11. Serve hot and enjoy!
