This Cheese Shrimp Penne Pasta and Shrimp is flavourful and nutritious, cooked, and eaten from one plate. For your weekend round-up, it will become a favorite. This one-pan pasta acts on so many levels. All the liquid you use to cook the pasta to perfect al dente is just the right amount. Even the liquid thickens as it cooks from the pasta starches, reducing to a light-flavored sauce that coats both the pasta and shrimp.
During my mom’s wedding, my grandmother gave her this recipe. We enjoy eating it, knowing that my grandma is behind this delicious recipe. We even serve this during gatherings and is a total eye-catcher from the guests. We receive lots of praises and compliments about this, and there are even guests who have asked for their recipe, which we will gladly share.
