I always enjoy breakfast, even if most of the time I don’t have time to spare to prepare one. That is where easy and quick recipes come in. Like these incredible cheesy baked eggs, not only that this is delicious and ready in no time, but this is low carb which is a big point for me. I cannot remember the last time I was so excited for breakfast until this lovely breakfast for one.
Ingredients
1 tsp salted butter, softened
2 large Eggs
2 tbsp heavy cream alternatives: milk or half and half
2 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
pinch salt
pinch coarsely ground black pepper
How to make Cheesy Baked Eggs For One
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
Step 2: Using butter, grease the inside of a 10-ounce oven-safe ramekin.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and cream.
Step 4: Add in the cheeses, salt, and pepper, then stir to incorporate.
Step 5: Into the prepared ramekin, pour the mixture. Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes until the eggs are set.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow the cheesy baked eggs to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
