1.5-pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts or 4 large breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder divided
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 c Small chopped broccoli florets
1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ c Cream Cheese
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Lay the chicken onto a cutting board.
Step 3: Cut the middle where you will put the stuffing. Repeat this process to the rest of the chicken breasts.
Step 4: Season each chicken breast with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 5: Add the shredded cheese, broccoli, cream cheese, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture. Use toothpicks to close.
Step 7: Place a large ovenproof skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 8: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 9: Add the chicken and sear each side for 2 minutes.
Step 10: Move the skillet inside the oven and bake the chicken breasts for 15 minutes or until done.
Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!
