Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Stuffing Bake

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Total Time: 50 mins

I love baking and serving this on Sundays because that’s the time everyone is around. See, this dish is a very special recipe for my family. It has been a part of our little family since we were little. Anyway, I am sure that you are going to love it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 – 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
1 box stove top stuffing mix chicken flavour
1 package (8ounces) Velveeta cheese (cut into small cubes)
1 can(s) (10.5 ounces) Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
1 bag(s) (14ounces) frozen broccoli florets…thawed and drained
2 Tablespoons butter (I use country crock)
Salt and pepper to suit your taste

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix on how to prepare it.

Step 3: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 4: Add the butter and allow it to melt.

Step 5: Add the chicken and cook until brown.

Step 6: Add the Cream of Chicken Soup and stir until well combined.

Step 7: Add the drained and thawed broccoli and stir until well mixed.

Step 8: Add the Velveeta Cheese and stir until well blended with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 9: Brush with butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 10: Transfer everything into the prepared baking dish.

Step 11: Spread the stuffing over.

Step 12: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.

Step 13: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool for a few minutes.

Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
