CHEESY GARLIC BOMBS

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 20 mins | Yield: 16 Servings

These heavenly treats will surely be the highlight of your day! The rich flavours in every bite are so good! I love how all the ingredients complement each other to make such amazing treats! If you are having guests over, you have got to give this recipe a try! It is a must-try. Your guests will surely love it. I am 100 per cent certain about it. Anyway, have a wonderful day, friends. Ingredients:

1/4 c unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1 (16-oz) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
48 fresh mozzarella pearls, drained*
1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply baking spray in 24 muffin tin cups.

Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, add in the garlic, oregano, butter, salt, and basil. Whisk until well combined.

Step 4: Cut the 8 biscuits into halves.

Step 5: Flatten each biscuit into ¼-inch thick with a rolling pin.

Step 6: Place 3 Mozzarella pearls in the middle of each biscuit and roll it into a ball.

Step 7: Place the ball into a prepared muffin tin and brush it with the butter mixture and top with Parmesan cheese.

Step 8: Repeat the process to the rest of the biscuits.

Step 9: Place the muffin tins inside the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted completely.

Step 10: Remove them from the oven and brush each bomb with the rest of the butter mixture and sprinkle parsley on top.

Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!

Note:

Feel free to use string cheese for this recipe.
