Ingredients:
7 Eggs
1/2 c milk
1 lb. Italian Sausage, cooked
1 yellow onion, chopped, sauteed in sausage grease
8 oz. brick of Mild Cheddar Cheese, grated
Salt & Pepper, to taste
20 oz. bag frozen Diced Hash Browns
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
3. Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
4. Add the sausage and onions, then cook until crumbly and brown. Remove from the heat.
5. Transfer the sausage mixture into a mixing bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
6. Transfer everything into the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
7. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until done.
8. Remove from the oven, then sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
9. Bake for another 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
11. Serve warm and enjoy!
