Oh, man! I have never tried anything like this before! I am so glad that I finally gave this recipe a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Aside from the incredible flavours, this Cheesy Taco Pasta is also very easy to cook! In just about 25 minutes, you will surely have the best meal to serve for lunch or dinner! Ingredients:
1/2-lb large shells pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning (or 1 packet)
3/4 c water
1 c jarred salsa
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Place a pot with salted water on the stove. Turn the heat to high and allow the water to boil.
Step 2: Add the shelled pasta and cook until al dente.
Step 3: Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 4: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 5: Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any excess grease.
Step 6: Add 3/4 cup of water and the taco seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
Step 7: Put the cooked pasta into the skillet together with the cheese and salsa. Toss until well coated.
Step 8: Serve hot and enjoy!
