This awesome recipe is just too perfect not to share with you, friends! Oh, man, you need this in your life, I’m telling you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I have listed all the things you need so you just have to follow them step by step and you are good to go! My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Ingredients:
1/2-lb large shells pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning (or 1 packet)
3/4 c water
1 c jarred salsa
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the shelled pasta on how to cook them.
Step 2: Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 3: Place skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 4: Add the ground beef and cook until brown. Discard any excess grease.
Step 5: Add 3/4 cup of water and taco seasoning. Stir and cook until done.
Step 6: Add the cooked pasta together with the cheese and salsa. Toss until well combined.
Step 7: Serve hot and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to add crispy tortillas on top for garnish. Enjoy!
