Ingredients:
1-pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
30 Large Pasta Shells
1/2 cup shredded Romano Cheese
1 Egg beaten
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 cup freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese
15 ounces jar garlic Alfredo sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish if desired
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Refer to the directions provided on the package of the shells on how to cook them. Drain and use paper towels to pat them dry.
4. Add the Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, and Mozzarella cheese into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed. Set aside about 1/2 cup for later use.
5. Add egg, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
6. Add the chicken and stir again until well mixed.
7. Add 1 cup of Alfredo sauce into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
8. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture.
9. Arrange the stuffed shells into the prepared baking pan. Make sure to leave a small space between each stuffed shell.
10. Sprinkle the reserved cheese mixture on top of the shells.
11. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
12. Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
13. Serve and enjoy!
