Ingredients:
1 can Grand’s biscuits 8 biscuits
2 tbsp butter
4 c frozen vegetable variety corn, peas, carrots, green beans
4 c shredded rotisserie chicken or any cooked chicken
2 c milk
2 cans 10.5-oz Cream of Chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
3. Arrange the biscuits onto a baking sheet.
4. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven.
5. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
6. Add 2 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt.
7. Add the veggies and cook for about 10 minutes or until soft.
8. Add the chicken, chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
9. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
10. Put the pre-baked biscuits over the mixture.
11. Melt the butter inside the microwave, then add garlic powder and stir until well mixed.
12. Spread the melted butter on top of the biscuits.
13. Place it inside the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
14. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
15. Serve and enjoy!
