Chicken Stuffing Bake

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 35 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Yield: 8 Servings

If you are looking for a delicious meal for tonight’s dinner, then you should consider giving this recipe a try! Oh, man, I’m telling you. You are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. I know that there are a lot of ingredients that you can add to this very basic recipe. Have a wonderful day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 box/pkg Stove Top stuffing mix
1 1/2 c chicken, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, diced
1 medium carrot, grated
1.5 c chicken broth
1 c broccoli florets, steamed
1/2 c cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add the shredded cooked chicken, dry stuffing mix, shredded carrot, steamed broccoli, and sliced onion. Stir until well combined.

Step 3: Apply cooking spray in a baking dish.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5: In a separate mixing bowl, add the soup and chicken broth. Stir until well combined, then pour the mixture into the baking dish.

Step 6: Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and give everything a nice stir and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 8: Put it back inside the oven and bake for 15 minutes more or until the cheese becomes crispy.

Step 9: Broil for 2 minutes or until done.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
