Ingredients:
1/2 c chimichurri sauce
1 lemon or lime
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 pound flank steak
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare the grill and preheat until hot.
2. Rub the flank steak with salt, pepper, and chilli powder. Make sure to coat it well.
3. Put the flank steak over the preheated grill.
4. Grill the steak for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
5. Remove the steak from the grill and transfer it onto a cutting board. Let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
6. Slice the steak into even pieces.
7. Squeeze a lemon on top of the steak.
8. Serve with the chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
