Ingredients:
Crust:
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
1/4 c granulated sugar
3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
Filling:
3/4 c granulated sugar
1 c mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 c heavy cream
1 tbsp vanilla
1 c creamy peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese softened
Directions:
For the Crust:
1. In a mixing bowl, add granulated sugar, melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar. Stir until well blended.
2. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and press it to the bottom.
3. Place it inside the freezer to chill.
4. Meanwhile, add 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream into a mixing bowl. Beat until it forms stiff peaks. Place it inside the fridge to chill as well.
5. In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and beat until the texture becomes smooth.
6. Add sugar and beat again until well blended.
7. Add vanilla and peanut butter, then stir until well blended.
8. Add the whipped cream and mini chocolate chips into the bowl with the peanut butter mixture. Stir until well blended.
9. Transfer the mixture into the prepared crust and spread it evenly. Place it inside the freezer until set.
10. Thaw for about 20 minutes before serving.
11. Serve and enjoy!
