This Chocolate Cream Pie has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid! My Grandma used to make this all the time. Oh, man, you should have seen her in the kitchen. She was a wizard! I learned a lot of things from her and this Chocolate Cream Pie is just one of them! I love how simple it is to make such an amazing treat! I am so glad that she taught me this recipe because now, I get to share it with you! How awesome is that? It’s like an early birthday gift from me! 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
1 bar (8 oz) milk chocolate, chopped
1 c whipping (heavy) cream
9-inch ready-to-use chocolate-flavoured pie shell
Step 1: Place a 3-quart saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.
Step 2: Add marshmallows, milk, and chocolate. Stir and heat until well mixed.
Step 3: Remove from the oven and place it inside the fridge to chill for at least 20 minutes.
Step 4: Add the whipping cream into a medium mixing bowl, then beat until it forms soft peaks.
Step 5: Add the chocolate mixture into the bowl with the whipped cream and stir until well blended.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture into the pie shell.
Step 7: Place it inside the fridge for 8 hours.
Step 8: Remove from the fridge and decorate it with milk chocolate curls.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
