Christmas Snowball Cookies

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Yield: 36 Cookies

These cookies are a must-try! Christmas will be awesome this year if you give this recipe a try. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 c unsalted butter slightly softened
1/2 c powdered sugar do NOT pack your powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c all-purpose flour do NOT pack your flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c mini M&Ms any colour
Additional powdered sugar for rolling

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Line with parchment paper two cookie sheets.

Step 3: In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the vanilla and ½ cup of powdered sugar. Beat until well combined.

Step 4: Add in the flour and salt. Beat for about 1 to 2 minutes or until well combined.

Step 5: Add in the M&Ms and stir until well mixed.

Step 6: Make small balls out of the dough and arrange them onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Step 7: Place the cookie sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.

Step 8: Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit at room temperature to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Step 9: In a small mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar.

Step 10: Roll each cooked into the sugar and make sure to coat them completely.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

These cookies can last in the freezer for about 1 month. Make sure to store them in an airtight container.
