1 large egg, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c. flour
5 tsp sugar
1 Pinch of salt
How to make Cinnamon Sugar Blondies
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Using parchment, line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Into a medium mixing bowl, place the butter and brown sugar. Mix well until blended. Then, beat in the egg and vanilla.
Step 3: Mix in the flour and salt until well blended.
Step 4: Into the prepared pan, spread the batter.
Step 5: Mix the sugar with cinnamon, then sprinkle this on top of the batter.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the blondies come out clean.
Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and let the blondies cool before slicing. Enjoy!
