Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 c grated cheddar cheese divided
1 c milk
½ c red bell pepper diced
1 c breadcrumbs fresh or store-bought
1 14 ounces cream of chicken soup (click to make your own)
½ c celery diced
8 ounces solid tuna 2 cans
8 ounces pasta of your choice I recommend Egg noodles
½ c green bell pepper diced
OPTIONAL
1/4 c fresh parsley minced
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Place a large saucepan with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
3. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
4. Add the breadcrumbs and butter into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
5. Add 1/2 of the cheese and stir until well mixed.
6. Add the soup and milk into a saucepan, then stir until well blended.
7. Add 1/2 of cheese, tuna, and veggies.
8. Turn the heat to medium and heat until it starts to boil.
9. Add the parsley and stir until well mixed.
10. Remove the pan from the heat, then add the pasta. Toss until well coated by the delicious sauce.
11. Transfer the mixture into an 8×8-inch casserole dish.
12. Sprinkle the cheese mixture on top of the dish.
13. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
14. Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature.
15. Serve and enjoy!
