Hello there, friends! I hope you are all doing well today. This recipe I am sharing with you today has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. My Grandma used to make this all the time! I was always a keen observer of my Grams whenever she worked around the kitchen. I am so grateful to her for teaching me all things I know in the kitchen and life! Anyway, I have listed all the ingredients to this awesome recipe so you just have to follow them for they will guide you to perfection. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (18.25 oz) package white cake mix
1 (14 oz) can cream of coconut
1 (14 oz) can sweeten condensed milk
1 (16 oz) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz) package flaked coconut
Directions:
1. Refer to the directions provided on the package of the white cake mix on how to prepare it.
2. Place it inside the oven and bake until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
3. Remove from the oven and use a fork to poke small holes on top.
4. In a mixing bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut. Stir until well blended.
5. Spread the mixture over the cake and make sure to fill each hole.
6. Allow the cake to cool completely at room temperature.
7. Spread the whipped topping over.
8. Sprinkle the flaked coconut on top.
9. Place it inside the fridge to chill for a few minutes.
10. Serve and enjoy!
