Ingredients:
1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
8 ears corn, cleaned
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
kosher salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Ready the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Line with aluminium foil on a baking sheet.
3. Arrange the ears of corn onto the prepared baking sheet. Set aside half of the butter.
4. Spread the reserved butter all over the corn.
5. Season each corn with salt and pepper. Make sure to coat each well.
6. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until they turn brown. Make sure to flip the corn from time to time.
7. Remove the corn from the oven, then season with more salt and pepper if needed. Taste first before adding more seasonings.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to add cayenne pepper if you prefer. What I do is mix cayenne pepper with the butter and brush each corn with it.
