Ingredients:
3 sticks (1 1/2 cups or 340 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
8 ounces (1 bar/226 g) cream cheese, room temperature
3 c sugar
6 large Eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Add the cream cheese and butter into a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat until well blended.
3. Add sugar and beat until well combined.
4. Add the eggs gradually and beat every addition.
5. Add vanilla and beat until well blended.
6. Add the flour and salt gradually, then beat every addition until well blended.
7. Apply cooking spray into two 8 1/2-inch loaf pans.
8. Transfer the batter into the prepared pans and spread it evenly.
9. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
10. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
11. Serve and enjoy!
