Ingredients:
1/4 c white vinegar
2 tsp dill weed
4 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp minced yellow onion
A pinch of pepper
2 tsp salt
16 oz. sour cream
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the onion and cucumbers.
2. In another mixing bowl, add vinegar, sour cream, dill weed, pepper, salt, and sugar. Stir until well blended.
3. Pour the sour cream mixture over the onion and cucumbers, then toss until well coated.
4. Wrap the bowl with plastic.
5. Place the bowl inside the fridge and chill the cucumber salad for at least 6 hours or overnight.
6. Stir until well blended again.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Note:
This cucumber salad does not freeze well. I suggest you eat it right away while it is still fresh.
