This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. Now, I get to share it with you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
1 onion, chopped
½ lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10.75 oz) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Step 1: Season with garlic salt, pepper, and salt the pork chops.
Step 2: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 3: Add the pork chops and cook until brown on both sides.
Step 4: Add the mushrooms and onion. Sauté for about a minute or until translucent.
Step 5: Add the cream of mushroom soup on top of the pork chops.
Step 6: Turn the heat down to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes or until the pork chops are tender.
Step 7: Serve over rice and enjoy!
