Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Additional Time: 1 hr | Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins | Yield: 64 small cubes

I am so glad that I have stumbled upon this incredible recipe last week because I have been making it ever since! It became my favourite instantly and my kids could not get enough of this delicious treat! Give it a try, friends. I am 100 per cent sure that you are going to love it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb powdered sugar
1 ¼ c unsalted butter
1 ½ c creamy peanut butter
½ tsp kosher salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with plastic wrap.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, sift the brown sugar using a fine-mesh strainer.

Step 3: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 4: Add in the butter and peanut butter, then stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until well mixed.

Step 5: Add in vanilla extract and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 6: Add in the sifted sugar into the saucepan and use a spatula to mix all the ingredients.

Step 7: Remove from the heat and transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Step 8: Cover the pan with plastic wrap.

Step 9: Place it inside the fridge to chill for 1 to 3 hours.

Step 10: Remove the plastic wrap and slice into small cuts.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

1. You can use other nut butter like cashews and almonds whether chunky or smooth.

2. You can use ¼ teaspoon of fine salt if you do not have kosher.
