I love how simple and easy it is to make such delicious party food! This Crescent Roll Burrito Bake is simply the best! I got this recipe from the internet and I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Oh, man, you need this in your life! Ingredients:
16 oz. refried beans 1 can
½ onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. refrigerated crescent roll dough 1 package
1 c shredded lettuce
2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tomatoes diced
1.25 oz. taco seasoning mix 1 package
2.25 oz. sliced olives 1 can
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
3. Add ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any excess fat.
4. Add the taco seasoning and beans. Stir until well combined.
5. Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
6. Add the crescent roll sheet into the prepared baking dish and unroll it.
7. Add the beef mixture on top of the crust and spread it evenly.
8. Sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
9. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven, then add tomatoes, lettuce, and olives over the burrito bake.
11. Serve and enjoy!
