Ingredients:
2 (12-ounces) tubes cinnamon roll dough, each one cut in quarters
3 Eggs
1/2 c half-and-half or whipping cream
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 c chopped pecans, optional
Directions:
1. Apply cooking spray in a 6-quart crockpot.
2. Arrange the cinnamon rolls into the prepared pot.
3. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, maple syrup, half and half, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until well mixed.
4. Spread the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
5. Sprinkle pecans over the egg mixture.
6. Spread the icing over the pecans.
7. Cover the pot and cook for 3 hours on a low setting. When the top turns golden brown, it is done.
8. Remove from the heat and open the pot.
9. Spread the rest of the icing over.
10. Serve and enjoy!

Make sure to use Pillsbury cinnamon rolls for this recipe for the best result.
