I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t give this recipe a try. Aside from it being delicious, it is also very easy to make. Ingredients are also pretty simple that I am sure you already have them at home! 6 hours or 8 hours of cooking time is worth it, I’m telling you!
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 thinly sliced onion, white or red
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 thinly sliced green pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 pound thinly-sliced sirloin steak
¼ c soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 clove, minced garlic
1. In your slow cooker, add the 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything until well blended.
3. Add the mixture on top of the steak and veggies.
4. Cover and seal the slow cooker, then cook everything for about 6 to 8 hours on a low setting.
5. Serve right away over rice. Enjoy!
You don’t need to worry that it’s going to be dry because the liquid from the veggies and meat is more than enough for the sauce.
Make sure not to add water.
