Ingredients:
1 tbsp Mayo (or more if desired)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp celery, minced
2 tbsp butter, room temperature
Bacon (optional)
Dill Pickle Relish (optional)
Croissants or Bread
Paprika (optional)
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped or squished with a fork.
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp onion, grated
Directions:
1. Add butter and cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended and creamy.
2. Add the sugar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and celery. Stir until well incorporated.
3. Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, then stir until well combined.
4. Spoon the mixture over the bread and spread it evenly.
5. Add bacon and dill pickle relish, then sprinkle paprika on top.
