2 lbs russet potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp fresh minced parsley
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with foil or silicone mat a large baking sheet.
Step 3: Slice into about ½-inch cubes the peeled potatoes.
Step 4: Put the sliced potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
Step 5: Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and toss until well coated.
Step 6: Sprinkle the seasonings on top and toss again until well coated.
Step 7: Transfer the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet and spread them evenly on the bottom.
Step 8: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 23 minutes or until done.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and stir everything.
Step 10: Put it back inside the oven and broil for about 5 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
Step 12: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
