Ingredients:
Crust:
¾ c creamy peanut butter
¼ c butter, melted
¼ c light brown sugar
8 graham cracker rectangles, finely crushed
Filling:
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
10 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c light chocolate syrup (such as Hershey’s®)
¾ c dark chocolate chips
¾ c milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a microwavable bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Stir until well blended.
2. Place it inside the microwave and heat it until melted completely.
3. Remove from the oven, then add the graham cracker crumbs. Stir until well mixed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a pie plate and spread it evenly on the bottom.
5. In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, condensed milk, and chocolate syrup. Beat until well blended.
6. In another microwavable bowl, add milk chocolate chips, vegetable oil, and chocolate chips. Stir until just mixed.
7. Place it inside the microwave and heat it until melted completely.
8. Stir until well blended. Transfer the mixture into the cream cheese mixture and stir until well blended.
9. Spread the filling over the crust.
10. Place it inside the fridge for about 2 hours to chill.
11. Serve cold and enjoy!
